  Average. Lunchtime they are prompt, evenings they are ridiculously slow. Other fast foods pull people ahead in drive through if there is a wait on your food. This Arby's left an entire line all sitting still for basically forever tonight until the car at the window got its food.

  Ordered food to eat inside. Waited over 10 minutes for our food and it was cold. Won't be coming back here. Refuse to pay $17.00 for a Ruben and beef n cheddar meal that's cold.
